Sagittarius - Summer 2006

GENERAL

Very little has come easily this year, and you are going to have to keep your eyes trained on 2007 when one or more of your ships will surely come in. Nonetheless. September's dynamic alignments could prove to be the springboard to future happy events, and if you've been considering a job change or a home move mid-to-late September contains a series of green lights. As for the earlier part of the summer, August should find you on a road trip or visiting distant places, and not only will travel give you a whole new perspective on what you want in life, but you will find more success and appreciation away from home territory.

LOVE

You are putting in the building blocks of the future, and not just in regard to relationships. July produces the biggest marital and romantic highs and lows, although September with its two eclipses (14th and 29th) could shake up a long-established pattern of life. You may also find that a relationship begun in March, or decisions made at that time, reveals its true potential this summer. This period of the year is all about your place in the world, and what you can do to achieve prominence and success, so many of the relationship issues that arise revolve around whether you have (or you can find) someone who can share your visions, even help you make it to the top.

WORK AND FINANCE

You have a wonderful attitude to money - you feel prosperous, therefore you spend, and most of the time the law of plenty serves you well. However, you would do even better to watch your spending between now and mid-November, because there will be reasons to dig deep into your pockets from then on. Be particularly careful of investments or large purchases made on international soil: keep your money close to home for the time being. Where career is concerned, this year you have a real chance of gaining the respect you deserve, and therefore being given jobs with power and responsibility. August is a key month in this process - results are in, and if you've not reached your targets, don't give up but regroup and try again. Use the summer to get you back on track.

HOME AND LIFESTYLE

It's a good job that you're a sign that likes change and the unusual because with planet Uranus in residence in your home zone, consistency and continuity are hard to come by at the moment. This summer favours doing things that are different: a holiday with the family should have an adventurous content, and the less baggage you take with you, in every sense of the phrase, the better! If you are trying to buy and sell a property, don't expect the process to be smooth - hold ups and back-tracking are particularly likely in August. Especially if you have a 3rd or 18th December birthday, September sees planned changes taking place, yet this is also a month in which circumstances beyond your control affect your timetable and lifestyle.
